Jan Heřmanský specialises in commercial and corporate law, and in litigation in the area of commercial law and corporate law. He also specialises in corporate transformations and contract law related to the area of commercial law. Trademark law, including disputes arising out of registrations, and enforcement of trademark rights.
Jan is also an arbitrator registered with the International Arbitration Court in Prague of the Czech Commodity Exchange in Kladno (PRIAC).
In the area of commercial and corporate law, Jan has been involved in a number of major transactions, advising clients primarily on the purchase and sale of shares, as well as advising and assisting them in litigation matters. He has also advised on building a start-up specialising in trading through cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets, including support related to the development of new options and means of investing in cryptoassets.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2023, Jan worked as an associate at the law firm LEGALITÉ for almost 3 years.
