Jakub Kousal specialises in litigation, in particular in debt management and recovery.
In litigation, he primarily handles debt management for leading banks and non-banking entities in the Czech Republic. Additionally, Jakub represents clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2025, he worked as a junior associate at DAJBYCH & JÍRA, s.r.o., where he addressed general practice matters with a focus on debt management.
