Ivana Rosenzweigová specialises in information technology law, data protection, intellectual property, e-commerce, and the legal framework governing non-profit organisations.

Throughout her career, she has provided legal services particularly in the areas of data protection, drafting and negotiating IT and intellectual property agreements, as well as advising on e-commerce, digital services, and the legal regulation of non-profit organisations.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2026, Ivana worked as a senior legal adviser at the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law in The Hague and previously as an associate at the Prague-based law firm PRK Partners.
