Filip Šperl specialises in banking and finance, in particular debt financing.
During his practice, as a member of the team, he has provided legal services related mainly to the preparation and negotiation of loan and security documentation and conducting legal due diligence, both on the lender and the borrower sides.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, Filip worked for several years at the law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík.
