Denisa Vaňková specialises in public law, with a particular focus on environmental law, construction law, and employment regulation. Her expertise extends to administrative procedures and legislation.
In construction law, Denisa primarily addresses issues related to land use planning and construction project permit procedures.
In environmental law, she concentrates on assessing the impacts of construction and other activities on the environment, protecting various environmental components, obtaining environmental permits, and conducting related proceedings before competent authorities and courts.
Regarding employment regulation, Denisa advises clients on the establishment and nature of legal relationships between employers and their core and agency employees, employees of supplier companies, and contractors.
She has experience with decision-making activities of both first-instance and second-instance administrative bodies, legislative activities involving laws, regulations, and internal rules, and representation in proceedings before administrative courts.
Throughout her career, Denisa has represented major Czech and foreign clients in connection with the preparation of land use planning documentation, approval of major development projects, internal regulations of self-regulatory bodies, and the disclosure of information.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2023, she worked for several years in the administrative department of the Regional Court in Brno as a judge’s assistant.
