Denisa Přichystalová specialises in the public sector, in particular public procurement, concession procedures, and transport services.
During her previous practice, she has been involved in providing legal services related mainly to advising contracting authorities and contractors in public procurement, administration of public procurement procedures, representing clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition or in proceedings before administrative courts. In her practice, Denisa has been involved, among other things, in advising on providing transport services under the Public Passenger Transport Services Act.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, she worked at two law firms where she focused mainly on public procurement law and contract law.
