Daniel Doležal specialises in corporate law and corporate dispute resolution, company transformations, corporate and tax restructuring of corporate groups, and the structuring of internal shareholder relationships.
In addition, he provides comprehensive legal advice to private clients. His services include intergenerational capital transfer planning, the establishment of family office structures for asset management and related setting of holding and fund structures.
Daniel has been a part of our law firm since 2016, when he joined during his studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University.
