Barbora Sahánková specializes in public law, in particular construction law, administrative law, administrative proceedings including those concerning administrative offences, administrative court proceedings, and inspection proceedings, public procurement law, and legislation. She also focuses on contract law in construction.
In the field of public administration and administrative law, she has prepared many legal opinions and analyses for major clients both in the public and private sectors. She covers the whole range of matters pertaining to public law, providing legal advice in particular in construction law, regional development, municipal law, public procurement law, and employment. In contractual law, she focuses on agreements between investors and municipalities as part of implementation of developer projects. She was involved in drafting Prague’s methodological guidelines for cooperation with investors in the territory of the Czech capital. In construction law, she is an author of publications and a lecturer.
As regards proceedings before administrative bodies and courts, she represents clients in said proceedings and prepares comprehensive legal opinions handling complex procedural issues.
