Alexandra Živělová specialises in litigation and corporate law. In the area of litigation, she primarily handles corporate disputes.
Her litigation practice is distinguished by her extensive experience in representing the country’s largest health insurance company in disputes over financial settlements with healthcare providers and in cases concerning extraordinary reimbursement for non-covered medical services.
Alexandra further deepened her litigation expertise during her tenure at the Municipal Court in Prague, where she dealt with incidental disputes initiated in insolvency proceedings.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2025, Alexandra worked as a junior associate in several leading Czech law firms. She later served as an in-house counsel at a health insurance company, where she ultimately led the legal department.
