Practice Areas

Miroslava specialises primarily in real estate and construction law.

She has developed expertise in providing comprehensive legal advice on the management and lease of large office buildings, residential projects, retail premises, shopping centres and hotels. Miroslava has also been instrumental in numerous transactions entailing both acquisitions and divestitures of companies owning real estate in the Czech Republic, including land plots intended for development and construction. She has also been involved in numerous due diligence investigations of projects and project companies. Miroslava has also provided legal advice to private investors on acquisitions of flats, apartments, houses, and recreational buildings.

Before her promotion to associate in 2016, Miroslava had worked in our law firm as a junior associate from 2015. She had previously worked as a trainee lawyer in the Prague office of an international law firm.
